On Saturday, October 12, 2002, Mr.David Brent Veitch of Logan Lake passed away at home, at the age of 49 years. Brent is survived by three children Angela Veitch (Steve Tremblay) of Quebec City, Quebec, Randy Veitch and Graeme Veitch both of Logan Lake and their mother Judy Bood; one grandson William David Tremblay; mother Kay Veitch of Courtenay, B.C.; devoted friend Mary Ford of Logan Lake; brothers Randy of Courtenay and Jeff of Kelowna; sister Sharon McCannel of Courtenay; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Brent was predeceased by father, John in 1994 and grandparents David and Jean Veitch.
