Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox, B.C. on November 4th, 2008. She was predeceased by her parents Norman and Muriel Philpott and her brother David Philpott. Barbara is survived and will always be missed by her husband Ron Pearson, her sons Brent (Kim) of Belleville, Ontario and Jason (Chantal) of Ottawa, Ontario, her grandson James, her sister Val (John) Haire of Morecambe, England, and her nieces and nephews Jackie, Douglas and Adrian.
