William “Bill” Bertrand
Our darling Bill has left us after a lengthy illness and we wish him peace at last. Bill was much loved by his family and friends but most of all the love of his life, his wife, Vera. Bill was truly one of the best.
He was so kind and caring and thoughtful. He was very proud of his years with the Public Works Department for the Town of Comox. Bill loved fishing, camping at Kitty Coleman, friends and family. He loved the Comox Legion and winning meat draws. Bill loved food and no matter what you made for him, a big meal or a hot dog, it was the “best he ever had”. We all felt loved by Bill and we loved him. We are all so grateful to have had him in our lives and will miss him tremendously.
