It is with great sadness that we announce the departure of our beloved mother, nanny, sister and friend. Brenda passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Clifford (February 2013), survived by and deeply missed by daughter Kelly (Paul), granddaughters Amanda (Brad) & Tasha (Adam), sister Jacqueline, best friend Dorothy and numerous nephews and friends. Brenda’s wonderful sense of humour will be remembered and missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank Dr. Thompson, Dr. Fitzpatrick and the ICU nurses for their kind and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
