My dearest Brian died peacefully at home after a very difficult fight with cancer.
He wanted me to thank all his friends for making the nine years that he'd lived in the Valley the best of his life. Thanks to the wonderful medical staff that treated him with such kindness - they are the best.
Once COVID restrictions have been lifted, we'll have a get together, have a toast to Brian's life and scatter his ashes on the beach just as he wanted.
