Carmen Howe Wilson Litt - On June 15, 2018, just short of her 96th birthday, in Comox, BC, where she moved from Ontario in 2011, Carmen went home. Born second daughter to Herb and Annie Kitchen in Brantford, Ontario. Carmen loved life and loved her family: husbands Stew Wilson (d. 1975) and Ed Litt (d. 2003); children Rosemary and Peter Williams, Virginia and Steve Kacprzak, and Bruce and Evelyn Wilson; grandchildren Jennifer (Adam), Matthew (Carla), Craig and Scott; stepchildren Warren and Shelly Litt and Sandra Litt (Blair); stepgrandchildren Braden, Brianne, Stephen (Mickayla) and Christina.
She will be missed by Donna Leask, and Marilyn and Bill Donovan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Lavoie Monoogian and stepson Bryan Litt.
Carmen enjoyed a long and happy life, and took an active role in her church and many groups. She often shared laughs with the loving caregivers at Comox Valley Senior Village and A Little Lift. Thank you for your wonderful care.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Burlington, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
