Jordan, Catherine McIver
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine McIver (Bremner) Jordan on January 19, 2004 in Vancouver where she was born on September 12, 1913. Catherine was predeceased by her parents, Mary (Stewart) and James McIver Bremner; brother James Stuart Bremner; twin sister Mary (Anthony) Best; and her husband of 40 years, Bernard Pringle Jordan. She is survived by three children: Bernard (Joyce) Jordan of Kamloops, Edith (Ernie) Richardson of Regina, and Donald (Marjorie) Jordan of Comox; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren; also her nephew James Bremner of Vancouver; cousins in Scotland and many dear friends. We wish to thank the staff at Chalmers Lodge, also Dr. Helen McDonald, Dr. J. Fitzgerald and Dr. R.D. Menzies for their attention and care for a number of years. No service by request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
