Cathy was a fun-loving, active traveller. Always looking forward to and planning our next trip. We have thousands of photos that gave us hours of joy and recollections.
Born and raised in Toronto, raised in Scarborough by her Aunt Pauline. Met Brian in 1966 and married him in September 1968. We were together for over 53 years. Cathy has a cousin, Lisa Pearce, who lives in Oshawa, Ontario.
Moved from Toronto to Edmonton, AB in 1972 where we stayed until 2009. By then, the Alberta winters were becoming too cold, so we moved to Courtenay on Vancouver Island.
We want to thank the Community Health Services (Home Care) professional staff and nurses who helped Cathy through her difficult time.
At her wish, cremation will be done, and Cathy will be taken to the Elk Falls Niche Wall & Scattering Garden, near Campbell River. A plaque will be produced in her honour.
