Cecelia passed away November 1, 2008; she was born in Nugent, Alberta , December 7, 1917. She was predeceased by three sisters Mary, Caroline and Bernadine. She joined the army and spent the war years in England. Cecelia worked for B.C. Tel for 31 years before retiring in 1982. Cecelia was a world traveler and had a great interest in history. She attended university until her mid 80's. She made her home in Vancouver. Her last few years were spent in the Comox Valley first living in Casa Loma and then Glacier View Lodge. Cecelia was an avid reader, she was a generous soul who never forgot those less fortunate than herself. She will be sadly missed by many nieces & nephews as well as many friends. We will miss her great sense of humour and beautiful smile. Special thanks to the staff of Glacier View Lodge. A donation in her name to the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers. A tea will be held at Glacier View Lodge on November 13.
