In loving memory ~
Chuck passed away on January 6, 2022 in the Comox Valley, B.C. (with family at his side). He was predeceased by his wife, Vicky, his son, Roc and brothers: Jackie, Bernie, Leo, Paulie, Ernie, Ivan, Tom, Gerald, Joe and sisters: Pauline, Madeline, Theresa, Louise and Evelyn.
Dad is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne (Daryl) - Saint John, N.B. and sons: Kurt (Heidy) - Courtenay, B.C. and Troy - Vernon, B.C. and his sisters: Hilda, (N.S.), Dorothy (Quebec) and Anne (Ontario).
Dad leaves behind 8 grandchildren - Kyle & Matt (Cheyenne & Daryl), Alyssa, Steven, Christina (Kurt & Heidy) Isamu, Kiyoshi & Tsukasa (Darleen).
Dad was in the Canadian Air Force for 29 years. He was stationed in Greenwood, N.S., Marville, France, Lahr, Germany, Chatham, N.B. and transferred to Comox, B.C. where he eventually retired.
Dad was born in Inverness, Cape Breton and enjoyed his garden and bowling in his younger years and playing cards in his later years.
A private family memorial will be held. Donations in Chuck's memory to the Diabetic Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
With thanks to all involved, from his family doctor, Dr. Potter-Cogan, emergency Doctor's and palliative nurses and caregivers and also those in the pharmacy, occupational therapists & liaisons.
