Passed away suddenly Friday June 17th, 2022. Born in Werl, Germany September 2, 1945. Beloved wife of William (Bill) Goodland for 57 years. Dear mother of Mecki McDonald (Daryl) of Kanata, Ontario. Cherished Omi of Lee McDonald (Deanna) of Kemptville, Ontario; Kelly McDonald of Kanata, Ontario and Great Omi of David and Daniel McDonald.
Predeceased by parents, Theresia and Josef Lohmann; brother, Heinz Lohmann; and sister, Annegret Lohmann, all of Germany. Survived by sister Ingrid Lauterbach of Germany. Christa will be sorely missed by many friends and neighbours.
Christa enjoyed travel, golf and spending time with friends and family. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 25.
