Chris passed away peacefully in the evening of December 26, 2004 at St. Joseph’s General Hospital in Comox. She was born March 23, 1915 in Mildred, Saskatchewan. Predeceased by her husband James in October 1981; she is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Folkmann (Richard), of Winnipeg, Manitoba; her sons Charles of Port McNeill and Jim of Comox; her grandaughters: Sarah, Crystal, Tanya, and Lindsay; her grandson Scott; her great-grandson Brett; and her daughter-in-law Donna McNab. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.
The family would like to thank Dr. Law, the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Comox Valley Home Support for their kindness and compassion shown to Chris. Cremation entrusted to Yates Funeral Service and Crematorium. No service as per her request.
