It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Lawrence Tinga. Chris leaves behind his loving wife Avril; three children: Michelle Waddell, Douglas Tinga, and Roy Tinga; six siblings: Frankie, Ted, Dick, Rena, Norm, and Stuart; four grandchildren: Courtney, Ben, Kailey and Nathan; two stepchildren: Stewart and Andrew; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Chris is predeceased by his mother Irene, father Ted and sister Edith.
Please join the family in a celebration of life for Chris on Sunday, August 30th at the Courtenay Fish and Game at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Children's Hospital.
