Coleen Anne Stockand (nee Munro)

November 25, 1954 - July 9, 2021
It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Coleen. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on July 9, 2021.
She was predeceased by her husband Bob Munro and her parents Doreen and Clarence Stockand.
She is survived by her children, Rae-Ann (Bradley), and Dan (Nicole); her grandchildren Riley, Daylin and Carter; her sisters Susan (Wayne) and Lynn (Jim) and her nieces and nephews.
Coleen was born and raised in Cumberland, BC. She worked at the Royal Bank for 38 years before enjoying retirement. She loved to garden, watch for hummingbirds and spend time with her family and dog Sophie. She was a loving mother and an amazing Nana and will be deeply missed by all those who knew her. Love you forever Mom.
There will be a private Celebration of Life Service held on Sat. July 17 at Comox Valley Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre, 1101 Ryan Road, Courtenay, followed by interment at Cumberland Cemetery at 2PM for those who wish to attend.
