It is with sadness that the family of Colette Logie announces her peaceful passing on Monday, January 22, 2018 at age 85.
Colette will be lovingly remembered by her children Cathy (Brian), Michele (Gord), and Dany (Kari); Bonne Maman to Kyle, Michael, Jamie, Brandon, Emily, and Alex.
She will be greatly missed by her family in Belgium and France - Gerard (Jacqueline), Daniel (Michele), Michel (Michele), and their children.
She was predeceased by her sister Luce and sister-in-law Hildegarde. Colette will be remembered for her love of the natural world and her creative spirit. She expressed this love through her photography, sewing, quilting, drawing, music and painting right until her final days.
Her indomitable spirit, curiosity, sense of humour and her love of dark chocolate will not be forgotten. The family would like to thank her generous friends, her caregivers, and the team at North Island Hospital Comox Valley.

A Celebration of Life was held at her home on Saturday, January 27, 2018. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Colette's name may be made to Medecins sans Frontieres/ Doctors without Borders (www.doctorswithoutborders.org).
