Colin Beaton "Duffy" Strachan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Duffy. He was born the youngest of 13 children in Courtenay, B.C. After graduation from Carihi in Campbell River, he was employed with BC Tel/Telus until his retirement. Duffy enjoyed golf, woodworking, long walks and gardening.
Left to mourn Duffy are his wife of 50 years, Carol, his sons Craig and Peter and grandchildren Marlon and Rhyan. Duffy is survived by sister Blodwin, brother Graeme (Betty-Anne), sister Judy and several nieces and nephews. Duffy will also be missed by many friends.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles Hall, Saturday, November 5th from 12:00 noon until 3:00 pm
