David passed away peacefully at home on November 19, 2004. Our lives will never be the same without you. I love you and miss you so much. You will be in our hearts forever. Please watch over us and all your friends that are feeling the pain of your passing.
I would like to thank Dr. Woldnick for his outstanding and beautiful way in which he cared and helped our family. To the home nurses, you have really proved there are angels among us. Jay, Terry, Buff, Jane, Louise, Pat, Daryl, Jeneane and to the many more I will never forget and could not have survived this without you. Thank you!!
