Dave passed away on November 22 at the age of 54. He is survived by: his mother, Norma, and her husband, Ed Leakey; his sisters, Deborah Gogela (Tom) and Anne Wade (TJ), and their children, Grace and Anna and Gavin and Iain, and by his children, Jenna and Jessie, Shelby, Rory, and Casey and Cody.
Dave studied at the University of Alberta, had a bright, entrepreneurial mind and worked hard over his lifetime. He loved his family, his friends (his best friend, Jake) and his children.
He is deeply loved and cherished by his close family and friends and his memory will remain forever in their hearts. May he rest in peace with his father, Jimmy Pettman, his grandparents, Norman and Jean Howarth, and his children, Sunny and Cain.
