It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our parents: Dave and Rea. They leave behind their son Chris (Frances) of Red Deer, AB, grandchildren: Tim, Josh and Melissa and great-granddaughter Izabella. Their daughter Karen (Lawrence) of Edmonton, AB, grandchildren: Tony and Lindsay.
Rea leaves behind her brother Samuel Cameron of Ballyclare, Northern Ireland and Dave leaves behind his mother Gertrude of Gimili, Manitoba. Sisters Carol Braden (Dennis) of Gimili, Man. and Linda Schaffel (Art) of Allen, Sask.
We would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital and especially “Oceanview “ for all their support and care of our Mom. A special thank you to the “Staff & Volunteers” at the Comox Valley Pregnancy Care Centre. Your kind support during the loss of my mother will always be remembered.
Dad moved back to his home town of Portage in early 2005 and within a short time fell ill and passed away at his home. His ashes have been placed with his father on the family gravesite in Portage.
