David passed away in Courtenay. He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Louise, and two brothers: George and Cecil. David is survived by his two daughters: Marissa and Karina; and their mother Kim; sisters: Anita (Gerry) Abra and Carol (Al) Huetter; brothers: Martin (Joan) Moncey and Leroy Moncey; sister-in-law Anna Moncey; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. A time for viewing and visitation for friends will be held on Friday, March 8th, 2002 from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm in the CHAPEL of PIERCY’S FUNERAL HOME, 440 England Ave. No formal service will be held at David’s request. Interment of ashes will take place in Black Creek Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made in David’s memory to Y.A.N.A. PIERCY’S FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORIUM have been entrusted with the arrangements.
