David M. Nealy


Born September 30, 1940 in Coldwater, Michigan, passed away May 27, 2005 at his home on Ruth Lake, near 100 Mile House, with his family by his side. His wonderful sense of humor was with him to the end.


David was a resident in the Comox Valley from 1988 through 2000. During this time he was part owner of Sleepy Hollow Inn, and later owner of the Color Your World store. He also worked for Puntledge Plumbing and Power .


David is survived by his loving wife Carole; his daughters Amy, Karla,(Don Whitaker) and Cydney (Michael Frank); mother Carolyn; sister Sue Gregory and grandchildren Peyton, Jaycob, Hanna and Heidi.


A celebration of David’s life will be held held at Ruth Lake on Sat. June 4th. There will be a grave side service in Coldwater, MI on June 11th.
