Don Martens was born on Dec. 12th 1939 in Toronto.
He grew to live life to the absolute fullest. He travelled the world wide, worked many unique jobs and had a grand collection of wild stories to show for it. With his big heart, his boundless generosity and optimism and his quirky personality he touched the lives of many along the way.
Although he was never married, nor had kids, he was rich with family who love him dearly. Don lived his whole life on his terms and he departed this world on his terms too. He passed away peacefully on August 10th 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Don will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, his wisdom, wonderful stories and most of all for his love and dedication to his family.
He will be dearly missed by his soul sisters Carrie and Sandi, his grandkids Ryan, Sarah, Ashley, Alexa, Tanya, Kaitlind, Jordan, Zoey, Kaleb, Clarity, Emmeline, Lucia, Blake, Tyson and Aydia and his nieces Willa and Fairen.
