DOROTHY MAE KIRKPATRICK
February 4, 1932 - November 13, 2009
Passed away in Comox, B.C. on November 13, 2009. She was predeceased by her mother Mary Evans Murray and her sister Elaine Murray. Dorothy is survived and will be lovingly missed by her husband Teasdale H. Kirkpatrick, her daughters Colleen Kirkpatrick of North Vancouver, B.C. and Joanne Freeman of Blaine, Washington, U.S.A., her grandson Joseph Freeman, her sister Marilyn Murray of North Vancouver and cousins Allen Field and Linda Bell. Dorothy was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion who enjoyed horses, reading, crochet and embroidery. She was a devoted wife and mother who provided a loving home for her husband and two children. She was a fabulous cook and baker. She would have celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary on December 23rd, 2009. Private cremation arrangements.
