Dr. Mark W. Cousins
Mark passed away peacefully on June 26, 2016 at the age of 64, surrounded by his loving family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at First Memorial Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Rd., North Vancouver on Friday, July 15th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Donations may be made in Mark’s memory to the Chemotherapy Oncology Dept. of Lions Gate Hospital.
