Edward Ross
It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ross. He was born January 6, 1936 in Big River, Saskatchewan, and passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2008 while at home. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce, his children Mike, Tracy (Richard), Dean (Serena), Todd (Kim) and Matt (Shelley); 12 grandchildren and brother Gary.
Ross dedicated his life to his family, work and his passion for fishing. He was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Comox Valley Funeral Home, 1101 Ryan Road, Courtenay at 3:30 PM, Saturday, November 1, 2008. Donations may be made in Ross' name to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
