A women of strength, fortitude and strong will, mom succumbed to a brutal final month of cancer. In attendance steadfastly in her last 2 weeks stood three of her children, laughing, crying, reminiscing, looking at photos, conferring, and giving care and compassion.
Born in Wales, steamed the Atlantic to Canada as a war bride, raised six children, later retired to the beaches of Hawaii for 25 years and spent the last 10 years in the Valley, re-uniting with the father of her children.
Now both have passed.

And Mom on a tropical beach with all her pals.
