Elva Karlene Mason (nee Cupples)

April 28, 1939 - June 20, 2022
As we are all energy on this earth, there was a shift felt on June 20th, 2022 when a beautiful soul left peacefully to join her loved ones passed and to be home with her Lord.
Elva was an incredibly loving force to all who called her "Mom". A supportive & caring sister to her sibllings. A tender & protective Grandma/G.G. to her many grandchildren. A leader & mentor to friends in her 12-step program of 48yrs. A steady presence with her love for God & fellowship in church.
A woman full of beauty & flaws, grace & challenges, serenity & fierceness. Her heart emanated joy & warmth all through the lens of unconditional love. She loved her family & friends deeply and made each person feel they were the most important person in her presence.
Elva is laid to rest with her soul mate Wayne Rushton at Valleyview (Garden of Ressurection) in Surrey. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Regglar for his attentive & gentle care as her familly physican & MAID choice.

A Celebration of Elva's Life will be held July 20th @ 1:00pm at the Courtenay Fellowship Baptist Church, 2963 Lake Trail Rd, Courtenay BC.
