1937 - 2002
Garry passed away on March 30, 2002 at the age of 64, after a courageous 3 year struggle with cancer.
Predeceased by his mother and father Charles and Ruth and his daughter Shelley.
He will be lovingly remembered by his partner Anne; son Garry; daughters Erin and Heather; grandchildren Garry, Rocky, Jaclyn, Theresa, Jennifer, Christopher, Kadin,; great grandchildren Olivia, Connor, Victoria; brothers Charlie, Gordon; sisters Faith, Lois, Jean; numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful friend “Buddy”.
Garry had a passion for camping, boating and reading. He enjoyed camping for 25 years with Osoyoos area being one of his favourite spots.
A Celebration of Garry’s life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2002 at 1895 Bolt Ave., Comox at 1:00 p.m.
Flowers gratefully declined, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
