October 20, 1921 - May 7, 2019
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Georgina (Dot) on May 7, 2019. Dot was born in Comox where her parents came to live as new settlers from England to the Merville area.
Dot will be dearly missed by her life partner and devoted care giver, Hank Grobowsky and family, Wayne Hughes (Dagmar) and Cauleene Pollock; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Dot was predeceased by her sister, Winnifred King; brother, David King; her parents Alfred and Gladys King, her youngest son Glen Hughes and her granddaughter, Jessica Hughes.
