It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Geraldine Theresa Hamilton, of Courtenay.

Gerry was born in Merritt, B.C. and moved to the Comox Valley with her husband George in 1961, where she and George raised their three sons. She spent the next thirty seven years as an intrigal member of the family operations, well into her eighties. She served as a mentor to many of the young employees who worked for her throughout the years and was proud to have participated in their development.
