It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Gord.
He is survived by many: cherished sons James, Kyle and Jeffrey; their
Mother Roberta (Harknett) and her family; his parents Jim and Ruth Turner; sister Melissa; great aunt Olive Randall; aunts and uncles Judy Poilievre, Betty Turner, Grace Turner, Patrick and Cheryl Solmie and Lois and Bob Gubbe; as well as numerous cousins and friends.
Always the protector of those he thought vulnerable, never realizing his own vulnerability.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Courtenay Legion, 367 Cliffe Avenue on October 30th from 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Toneff Funeral Services.
