Gordon passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Monday, January 1st, 2018 in his 96th year.
Beloved husband of the late Bernice Johnson (nee Robinson). Loving father of Daniel (Ruth), Wendy (Ray Mepham), Chris (Linda), Tim (Trish), Melanie (Stacy Werner) and Trevor.
Dear brother of Ruby Kimball. Gramps will be sadly missed by his nine grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Gordon was a founding member of the Comox Valley Head Injury Society and of the Comox Valley Presbyterian Church. He was active in both right up until his death and will be greatly missed by his many friends.
In keeping with Gordon's wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life at Comox Valley Presbyterian Church, 725 Aspen Rd., Comox BC on Saturday, January 13th at 1:00 pm. Reception to follow.
As an expression of sympathy, a donation to the Comox Valley Head Injury Society or the Comox Valley Presbyterian Church in memory of Gord would be appreciated by the family.
