Graham Mackenzie Stevenson passed away peacefully in Victoria, BC after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease. Born in Marwayne, Alberta, Graham grew up in Lumby, BC where he met his wife Raynelle and began his career with BC Highways. The young couple started their family while following the gravel crusher in the BC interior, ultimately residing in Colwood, Aldergrove, Chilliwack, and Courtenay. Graham's life exemplified hard work and simple living. He loved his boys, the ocean, and first and foremost, his Raynelle, who predeceased him in 2007.
He will be laid to rest next to her in their beloved Comox Valley. He is lovingly remembered by his sons Ken (Marilyn) of Halifax, NS and Mike (Pam) of Calgary, AB and by his grandchildren, Richelle, Maggie, Graham, Gillian, Abby, and Sarah.
Deepest gratitude to the staffs of Oak Bay Kiwanis Pavilion and Brentwood House for the compassion and care they provided throughout Graham's illness.
