Greta (Grietje Alida Willemina Jakoba) Zwaagstra passed away on February 28, 2009 at the age of 81.
Lovingly remembered by her loving husband (Peter) Pier Zwaagstra; 2 daughters Wendy Zwaagstra (Christian) of Vancouver, BC and Jane Schuell (Gary) of Stirling, Ontario; 2 sons Robert Zwaagstra (Joanna) of Steinbach, Manitoba and Jeffrey Zwaagstra of Comox, BC also by 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren; and 1 brother Oomke Helmes of the Netherlands.
Services were held on Thursday March 5, 2009 at the Courtenay Cemetery with family members present.
In lieu of flowers, donations have been requested to the SPCA.
