It's with heavy hearts we announce that Gretel Anna Hamilton, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 7, 2022 at the age of 85 years old.
She is survived by her loving husband Peter, her sons Michael (Charlene), twins Klaus (Cynthia) and Peter (Karon). She especially cherished her five grandsons Christopher (Joanne), Kyle (Daniele), Codie and Connor (Nicole). Along with her great grand children, Jarred, Alexandra, Parker and Adelyn.
The family are grateful for the dedicated support offered by Dr. D. Wainberg and the Nursing Staff of Comox Valley Hospital.
At Gretel request there will be no service. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Red Cross for the Ukraine Relief would be appreciated.
These tears we shed for You today,
are only because we will miss You so.
There will be no goodbyes from us,
as there will always be a part of You that will be here.
