Halle passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at the Views in Comox, BC at the age of 81.
Halle was in the RCAF where she met her husband, James. She had 3 children. She worked as a LPN for over 26 years. Halle was very involved in bringing the Union into the hospital and was involved in the Union and served as Chairperson at the hospital.
She attended Labour College in Ottawa and really enjoyed it.
Halle loved to quilt until her eyes failed. She was a member of the local White Cane Group.
Halle is predeceased by her husband James W. MacMullen, her daughter Lillian, her husband Vince Essex, and her brother Howard Lumsden.
Halle will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Linda MacMullen and Loretta (Brian) Adams; her grandson Jason Essex and great granddaughter Nova.
A Memorial Poppy Service will be held on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Comox Legion (1825 Comox Ave).
