July 22,1918 – July 20, 2008
Hannah was born in Burnley, England and passed away peacefully in the ECU, at St. Joseph Hospital. Hannah is survived by her 3 children Margaret, Michael and Joan, eight grandchildren; Adrienne, Allison, Ashley, Frank, Sherri, Michael, Kristy and Chad, sixteen great grandchildren; Brittany, Reid, Alexandra, Megan, Chanel, Ryan, Frank, Sydnie, Logan, Hannah, Kevin, Catherine, Austin, Mya, Kylie and Dawson, niece Cynthia (Brian). Hannah was predeceased by her husband Frank, sister Alice, and son-in-law Desmond.
Hannah and her husband Frank immigrated to Toronto,Canada in 1948. Hannah relocated to Shawnigan Lake, B.C. in 1963 and in 1990 made Comox her final home. Bingo was Hannah’s favorite pastime and and she loved to vacation in Cleveland and Las Vegas.
Thank you to the ECU staff for the years of incredible care you gave our mother. A special thank you to her dear friends Edie Roberts, Freda Brunsden, Pat Reid and ECU companions, Wilma, Hazel, Mary, Flo and Emily. Hannah will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

There will be no service as requested by Mother. Donations may be made in Hannah’s name to the charity of your choice, or to St.Joseph’s General Hospital Foundation.
