Harold (Harry) Robert
1924 ~ 2004
of Comox, B.C., died suddenly on March 12, 2004. He was born in Wine Harbour, Nova Scotia. He is survived by his loving wife Honor; sons: Arlen (Claire) McGrath of Courtenay, Paul McGrath of Fanny Bay; daughter Carolyn (Don) Ellis of Comox; grandchildren: Krista, Karen, Scott and Tara, brother Seamon; sisters: Mildred, Kathleen, Joyce and Janet; stepbrother Rufus; and stepsister Annette. Harry was predeceased by his brothers: Cyril and Karl, and sister Audrey. Harry served 25 years in the Marine Section of the Air Force and then D.N.D. until his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and gardener. Harry will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him. A gathering of family and friends in Celebration of Harry’s Life will take place at Longlands Golf Course, Courtenay, on Thursday, March 18, 2004 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Should friends wish donations in Harry’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. & Yukon, P.O.
