Harry Tutt
1928 - 2007
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Harry Tutt on the 14th of October 2007. Harry was born in the town of Petseri, Estonia on the 13th of January 1928. As a young man, Harry made his way to Canada in the service of the Merchant Marine. Harry lived a full and eventful life. His many occupations included the Canadian Military, the BC Teachers Federation and the Canadian Coast Guard. His love of the water was realized through his work as a Lighthouse Keeper as an engineer on Motor Lifeboats and as a sailor and pleasure boater. Harry is survived by his loving wife, Margaret (Peggy) of 52 years; his sons: Robert (Debby), Daniel and William, by whom he will be truly missed. As per Harry’s request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
