November 15, 1921 - August 15, 2008
Hector passed away August 15, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Comox at the age of 86.
Predeceased by his mother and father, three brothers and two sisters. Survived by his sister Trudie of Courtenay and by five nieces and six nephews.
Hector was born in Birsay, Sask. He moved to Nipigon where he worked for Ontario Hydro. He retired to Courtenay in 1985.
He enjoyed meeting with the gang at the Arbutus and walking around town. Hector had a great sense of humour and always had a joke to tell.
