Irene passed away peacefully after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers with her family by her side.
Irene is survived and will be lovingly missed by her husband, George; 2 daughters, Bonnie (Bruce), Theresa (Ron); her son, Alan (Jackie); 6 grandchildren: Jennifer (Jason), Tia, Nicole, Steven, Troy and Jeffery; 2 great-grandchildren: Savannah and Nolan.
A Celebration of Irene's life was held on Monday, May 5, 2008. If friends so desire, donations in Irene's memory to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
