SMARDON, Iris

March 7, 1933 – July 27, 2013

It is with a saddened heart that we inform all that Iris has passed. Always a caring, genuine and spirited lady, she succumbed to her illness and is now at peace. Iris is predeceased by her husband and devoted companion Dave. Iris is survived by, and will be deeply missed by, a loving family.

Son Michael and his wife Heather, grandchildren Madison, Jackson and Aidan… and Bowie (one of her favourite Golden Retrievers). Iris and her twin sister Ivy (MacKinnon) were very close throughout their lives; Ivy remained by her side with loving support. Iris will also be missed by a host of nephews, nieces., and cherished friends.
