Davidson, James “Jamie”
1918 - 2004
Jamie passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Saturday, November 27, 2004. Jamie is survived by his brother, Eric (Mabel) and many nieces and nephews all of South Africa. He also leaves behind close friends; Ursula of London, England, Robert Argall, Phil and Ardie McLaren and family all of Comox. Jamie taught for many years in South Africa, before coming to Canada where he taught in Northern Ontario with the Cree. He came to Courtenay in 1966 and taught at Vanier Secondary School until his retirement in 1980. Private arrangements entrusted to COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIUM, 1101 RYAN ROAD.
