James “Doug” Douglas

It is with deep, heartfelt sorrow we announce the passing of our Dad - Doug Chapple, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Doug leaves to mourn his three children: Lori (Marty), Jeff and Vicki; six grandchildren: Justin, Tanner, Jessica, Nicole, Jeremy and Jacob; one beautiful great-granddaughter Jinnaya; his “little” brother and best friend Gerald (Gail); three nieces: Debbie, Heather and Jill; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his mother Lydia; his step-mother Flossie; his father Albert; and his beloved Hazel.
Thank you so much to Judy from Home Care for her tender loving care of “Sir Doug” in his last days which allowed him to pass away peacefully at home with his three kids by his side.
At Doug’s request, no funeral service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined.
