James will be remembered as a passionate musician, a dedicated scout with Scouts Canada, achieving the Chief Scout’s Award. His laughter and sharp sense of humour was accepting nature of people of any background. Adventurous, as well as, courageous he lived an honest life and had the ability to do the same in death. James deeply loved his family, his father Ron, mother Bambi, and his sister Ashley, he was our strength and we will honour his memory.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. George’s United Church, Courtenay, Wednesday, June 27 at 4:30. In lieu of flowers, donations in James’ memory to the BC Cancer Agency research for Germ Cell Tumours and to Scouts Canada Islands Region.
A person with the beginning gift of the mind must always try to include his heart in his decisions… A man can live out his entire life without ever finding more than what was already within him as his gift, but if he wishes to grow he must become a seeker and seek for himself the other ways.
