Passed away on January 4th, 2018 at 4:15 pm.
Born at Redhill, Surrey England.
Janine emigrated to Canada in her 20s. She lived in Toronto where she met her husband Don. They later moved to Calgary.
After Don's death Janine moved to Comox valley. When asked why, "Because it's the best place to grow roses". She also enjoyed the milder climate which gave her greater freedom of movement.
She will be missed by many friends in The Comox Valley and other parts of Canada.
Predeceased by her husband Don.
Parents: Group Captain Paul Ivor Harris DFC and Rosalind Kitty (nee Bennett).
Survived by her brother Timothy Charles Harris and her Nephew Dr. Patrick Noel Angier Harris and family in Australia. As well as her beloved cat Portia.
Donations would be appreciated in her memory to the Comox Valley Hospice Society.
