Jean Elizabeth, aged 100, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Friday, February 2, 2007. She is survived by her son Sam (Delores) Kincaid of Comox; grandchildren: Lisa Lenton and Steven (Carmen) Kincaid; as well as great-grandchildren: Brittani, Kody and Katey.
Jean was born and spent nearly all of her life in Kincardine, Ontario, moving to the Comox Valley in 1994 to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law. She was one of the original residents of Stevenson Place in Comox, and was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church both in Kincardine and Comox. A Memorial Service will be held at Stevenson Place, Friday, February 9th at 1:00pm. Arrangements entrusted to COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION, 1101 RYAN ROAD. Should friends wish, donations in her memory to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
