Jean Margarethe Mohr passed away peacefully on May 2, 2021 at Cumberland Lodge in Cumberland BC. Jean is lovingly remembered by her daughter Nola Reichert, granddaughters Jordan (Andy) and Madysen; great granddaughters Sydney Jean and Sophie May; step-children Stephen (Colleen) and Kristen; grandchildren Samantha (Troy) & Stuart; great-grandchildren Everly, Colm & Rowan.
Born in Lake Lenore, Saskatchewan February 20, 1936 Jean was number 13 of 16 children born to Hedwig Hogg & Joseph Langen. Jean is survived by her remaining sisters Hedy, Thea & Lillian and bothers Henry, Dave (Connie), Dick & Mark.
Jean spent the past 15 years living in Comox, fulfilling her dream to live by the ocean. Jean was an active member of the Comox United Church singing in the choir. She was part of the North Island Singers, she enjoyed her curling club and her golf gals. Jean was the consummate entertainer, she loved a good laugh, a good story and a libation or two.
Jean was predeceased by her husband Stuart in 2020, her son-in-law Willi in 2016.
Thank you to Mom's loyal group of friends who visited her regularly throughout this journey. Thank you to Beverly for providing endless hours of piano and singing at the lodge.

Jean's wishes were for cremation and to be laid to rest with her mother in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.
A private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
