Born in Holland and immigrated to Canada in 1958, Johanna passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s General Hospital on Aug. 10th, 2012. She is survived by her loving son, Brian, grandchildren Josh and Faith, and family members. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff who took great care of her during her time of need.
She will forever be remembered.
