John Anthony Tomko
October 4, 1939 – May 20, 2007
John Anthony Tomko passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Comox BC on May 20, 2007. He was born to Peter and Catherine Tomko in Sydney, Nova Scotia on October 4, 1939.
He is predeceased by his parents, step mother Mary Tomko, and by sister in law Elaine Tomko.
John is survived by his loving wife Gwenn and his walking partner Diefenbacher, sons Peter (Laurie), Chris (Lisa) and the light of his life, his grandchildren Zach, Tucker, Jackson, Wilson and Rylee Tomko. His brothers and sisters Ray, Beverly (David), Rose (Blair), Darlene (Jim), Cathy (Ross), Hank (Ann). A private family service has been held.
